Bricks Hotel Tbilisi offers approximately 40 comfortable rooms designed for leisure travelers, families, couples, friends and business guests.

Room categories include Standard Double, Twin, Double Room with Balcony, Family Room, Deluxe Double Room with Terrace, Budget Triple Room, Family Suite with Terrace, Business Double Room, Economy Double Room, Double Room with Patio, Large Twin Room and Junior Suite.

Depending on the selected room category, guests can enjoy features such as air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, safe, work desk, electric kettle, refrigerator or mini-fridge, private bathroom, shower, bidet, toiletries, towels, hairdryer and selected outdoor spaces such as balconies, patios, terraces or verandas.

Selected rooms offer city, mountain, garden, park or landmark views, while family and larger room categories provide additional space for guests traveling together.

For the most accurate occupancy, bed configuration and available facilities, guests should refer to the individual room category when making a reservation.

Room Locations & Views

Bricks Hotel Tbilisi is located in a modern 5-story building with 40 guest rooms. The ground floor houses the 24-hour Reception and lobby, while guest rooms are located on floors 1–4. The 5th floor features the hotel's panoramic rooftop terrace.

Standard Rooms

Standard Double, Twin and Balcony Rooms are located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. Depending on the room, views include the historic streets of Old Tbilisi or the hotel's inner courtyard. Rooms with balconies also provide an outdoor space to enjoy the surrounding neighborhood.

Large Twin & Business Double Rooms

These rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors and feature large windows overlooking historic Wine Rise (Gvinis Agmarti) or the Tbilisi city skyline.

Family Room with Garden View

Located on the 2nd floor, this room offers a peaceful view overlooking the hotel's garden area.

Suites & Deluxe Rooms

Junior Suites, Deluxe Double Rooms and Family Rooms with Terrace are located on the 4th floor, the highest guest-room floor. These rooms offer panoramic views of Old Tbilisi, the Mtkvari River and nearby historic landmarks.

Family Rooms with Terrace and other applicable room categories also provide access to private terraces, while the hotel's panoramic rooftop terrace is located on the 5th floor.


Beds & Extra Beds

At Bricks Hotel Tbilisi, guest comfort is a priority. Double rooms feature King Size beds with orthopedic mattresses, while rooms may offer different sleeping arrangements according to the selected room category.

All room categories are equipped with hypoallergenic pillows and duvets.

Extra Beds

An extra bed is available on request in selected spacious room categories:

• Standard Rooms
• Business Double Rooms
• Junior Suites
• Family Rooms

The extra bed costs 70 GEL per night and features a comfortable mattress with a rollaway extension mechanism.

Extra beds must be requested in advance and are subject to room capacity and availability.

Children & Family Policy

Bricks Hotel Tbilisi welcomes families and children. The following age categories, accommodation rules and additional bedding policies apply.

Minimum Age for Check-In

The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to independently register and check in at the hotel and must present a valid original passport.

Guests under 18 are welcome to stay when accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult.

Child Age Categories

For room allocation and pricing purposes, Bricks Hotel Tbilisi uses the following age categories:

• Infants / Toddlers: 0–2 years old (inclusive) — stay free of charge and may use a complimentary baby cot upon request.
• Children: 3–12 years old (inclusive) — may stay using existing bedding or an extra bed, depending on the room category.
• Adults: 13 years old and above — considered adults for booking purposes.

A maximum of 2 children is permitted per room.

Baby Cots

Baby cots are available free of charge for infants and toddlers aged 0–2 years.

Baby cots are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

Extra Beds

Extra beds are available for older children and adults at a rate of 70 GEL per night. The extra bed is a rollaway bed with a comfortable mattress.

Extra beds and baby cots can only be accommodated in the following room categories:

• Standard Room with Balcony
• Business Double Room
• Junior Suite
• Family Room

They cannot be accommodated in Budget Rooms or Standard Double/Twin Rooms due to space limitations.

A maximum of one extra bed or one baby cot is permitted per eligible room.

Advance notice is required because additional beds and baby cots are limited and subject to availability. Guests should request them during the booking process or contact the hotel's 24/7 Reception at least 24 hours before check-in.

Identification Documents for Children

Every child staying at Bricks Hotel Tbilisi must present a valid original passport at check-in.

A birth certificate or other additional documentation is not required when a child is traveling with their parent and has a valid international passport.

When a minor is traveling with an adult who is not their parent or legal guardian, guests are strongly recommended to carry appropriate parental authorization or a power of attorney together with the child's valid original passport.
